PRIVATE HOMES, APARTMENTS, AND TIME RENTALS
Imagine owning a house like shown below, using it yourself while on vacation, then paying for the house and property with short term rental income. Andetur can find the house; help you with the purchase; do the necessary renovations and updates; then manage the rentals and maintenance of your house. Note: there are no restrictions on foreigners 'owning' property, neither commercial or residential, in Brazil. There are some restrictions on commerecial management.
This particular property was sold; the price was less than US$ 50,000. It included over 35 ha. (hectares), about 100 acres, a caretakers house, private well, with out buildings and was located about three miles from the beach. On short term rentals, this could produce $500 - 750 per week. We provide a maintenance service that rents and manages such homes for absentee owners.
BEACH HOUSES CURRENTLY AVAILABLE
These are typical Brazilian beach houses, 'casas da praia', and because of the present economic crisis caused by the devaluation of the R$ (Real), many are now for sale. Most of these houses are constructed with Brazilian 'brick', then coated with troweled on cement. Some are fairly rough. We can take these houses, like the one above, and completely renovate it for you, even if you are absent. We prefer the owner's to select the furnishings, but if you aren't able, we can have one of our staff urnish it similar to above.
Our maintenance crews will care for the houses on a regular and very reasonably priced schedule, and we can provide landscaping too. We also provide a 'security watch' on the house 24 hours per day. Even when you are in residence. All of our maintenance staff is hired locally from the same village as the house.
When you are not in residence, we can list the house as a short term rental vacation property, and prices for some of these range from $500 - $750 per week .. especially during the 'Brazilian summer' which runs from mid-November until March, after Carnival.
