   TUCANTUR is an agency in Corumbá offering camping trips into the Pantanal wetlands. TUCANTUR offers 3 to 5 day excursions into the Nhecolandia region of the Pantanal. We will go for longer periods if people prefer. Normally a trip will consist of a minimum of 5 maximum of 9 people. As we know many people prefer smaller groups, we do make trips with less people but it is necessary to charge a slightly higher price. 


  If you go on a trip with TUCANTUR we will take you deep into the Pantanal where the abundancy of wildlife is greater and the chance of seeing other tour groups is less. Depending on the season we travel to various locations in the region. Our camping locations offer basic aminities so having little impact on the natural environment.   

 

 

The greatest expectation of people traveling into the Pantanal is that of observing the wildlife. The Pantanal has a wide variety of animal and bird life and it is possible to see a large selection of it on your trip. Our guides will do their best to explain and show you some of it, while traveling to our destinations, walking through the grasslands and forest or fishing for piranha for supper. The Pantanal is an area of exeptional natural beauty and should be enjoyed as a whole with people who wish to conserve not destroy  it. It is certainly an area or experience not to be missed on your tour of Brazil and you should never regret your trip into the region. 


  The price of our tour includes transportation by our own 4 wheel driver truck, all food water, and equipment needed ( tents and hammocks ) for camping.
