WHAT IS THIS PROMOTION??? 
Promoting the northeast of Brazil, the BRAZIL SUMMER 2000 Andetur Internet Raffle and / or Guia_Ceara / Natal 400 Brazilian Sorteio is now open for your winning pleasure. This is an internet raffle and chances or tickets are only available online through Andetur Brazilian Travel Club (®) in the USA, Guia-Ceara (®) and Natal 400 in Brazil, or through BrasilWeb in Europe. Tickets are $15 U.S. each, or 2 for $25 U.S. Only 750 chances are available for each trip to increase your odds. You order your tickets from the comfort of your home, or where ever you have access to a computer. Once you have read and agreed to these rules, fill out the entry form and we will send your confirmation to you. When you receive the confirmation, send back the associated ticket payment in the self addressed envelope and we will validate your tickets. Payments must be received before the drawing date to be valid and to win. This Raffle (or Sorteio) is for adults only and is restricted to individuals 18 years of age or older. |

PARTICIPATE???ELIGIBILITY: All participants must be 18 years of age. All family members of employees, agents, or tour operators associated with Andetur Brazilian Travel Club or Guia-Ceara are not eligible for any drawings. The raffle is open to any other eligible person in the world. The winner may be required to provide evidence of eligibility. If such evidence is required it shall be provided before the event.

| PAYMENT: All raffle entries must be purchased with Money Orders or Electonic transfer from your bank. No cash or checks accepted. Before an entry can be included in the raffle, it must first be accepted and payment processed. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| DEADLINES: Entries must be received at least 24 hours prior to the raffle drawing. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS: Once an entry has been filed, it cannot be withdrawn. You will have the option when you receive your confirmation letter to change your mind. NO REFUNDS REQUESTS will be accepted once the payment has been received by Andetur as it will transfered to the contest headquarters in Brazil. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| EXTENSIONS: Guia-Ceara reserves the right to extend the drawing if at least 70% of the required entries have not been received within 24 hours of the drawing. Watch the website for any possible extensions. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| CLOSING: Guia-Ceara reserves the right to close a raffle prior to the closing date once the limit of 750 tickets have been sold and paid for. If a payment arrives after the limit is reached and the raffle closed, the purchaser will be contacted by e~mail and be given an option to have his / her money returned or to have it applied to the next raffle. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| WINNERS: Winners will be notified within 48 hours of the drawing via telephone or email. In addition, all winners will be posted on the website within 48 hours of the raffle drawing. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| RELEASE FORM & FORFEITS: Winners
must sign a release form and claim prizes within 5 days of being notified. If prizes are
not claimed within 5 days, the winner forfeits the prize, and Guia-Ceara reserves the
right to draw a second prize winner.

DOES THIS 'SORTEIO' FUNCTION???WINNERS: The winner will be notified by e-mail and or phone. The winner and his guest will receive a round trip ticket from either Miami or New York, or if in Europe, from Paris to the destination of vacation package in either Fortaleza or Natal, Brazil, and the vacation as described above. All travel arrangements will be made by Andetur Brazilian Travel Club. The winner will be chosen by a third party not affiliated with either Andetur or Guia-Ceara. This party will randomly select the winner from the raffle bin or by electronic selector. The winning ticket holder will be posted on the website the day of the drawing. Each participant can be assured that Andetur Brazilian Travel Club, is a bona fide company, registered and licensed by the government, as is Guia-Ceara, in Brazil. There are no substitutions of prize(s) except due to unavailability, which could be caused only by an act of God, or circumstances not in the control of Guia-Ceara, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the discretion of Guia-Ceara. Prize(s) are not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash. |

Entries become the property of the Sorteio and will not be returned. If a player's purchase is not received on time for the raffle, the ticket price will be refunded. If the organiser receives an inadequate number of entries They will not hold the event and all tickets will be refunded. These are the only exceptions. No other refunds will be given.
