Res Center 24 is a SABRE service intended to give you, our client a "security blanket" no matter where in the world you travel. This agency has subscribed to this service in order to offer an additional HELP to our travelers.

You can use this service to:

• Book last minute reservations
• Make changes to existing reservations
• Book cars
• Book hotels
• Almost any other assistance you might require. There are operators standing by to assist in any way possible 24 hours per day.

This service, as well as all the Res Centre 24 features are available either Toll Free or Collect (no charge to the calling party) from anywhere in the world.

It is a fabulous program. What can be more comforting to know than if a travel problem arises anywhere in the world, that it will be taken care of by a SABRE professional travel staff, without cost for even the phone call.

You must have the following to access the Res Center 24 system:

THE SYSTEM WILL NOT WORK WITHOUT THESE NUMBERS!

Phone Procedures:

(800) 626-6668 from anywhere in North America, including Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.

1. Use a Dial phone rather than an operator whenever possible.
2. Allow 1-3 minutes for call setup. There will be dead silence.
3. If there is a problem with dialing, ask for an AT&T USA Direct operator.
4. Pay phones will not work in the following countries: Antigua, Bahamas, Barbados, Chile, Dominican Republic, Israel, Thailand.
5. In countries without Toll Free numbers, call Collect to (818) 225-2965.

Making or Changing Travel Arangements:

1. Call appropriate Toll Free number or Collect.
2. Give VIT number and PIN number. (given to you when you sign up for the FREE service).
3. Tell reservationist what you need.
4. You must have both the VIT number and the Pin number. If the call is for a change in an existing reservation, the SABRE Record Locator must be given for the reservationist to be able to access the res.
