discounts, or commissions are offered under certain terms and conditions.
In order to use this system, you must read and accept these terms.
The ANDETUR BRAZILIAN TRAVEL CLUB (ABTC) ® is a
web-based service offered exclusively by, and is the property of
ANDETUR USA LLC of Montegut, Louisiana in the United States,
with main offices in Natal, RN, Brasil and /or Donald R.
and Edna Reid.
Schedule, fare, and availability data may be protected by the copyright
of the ANDETUR BRAZILIAN TRAVEL CLUB (ABTC) ®,
and other travel-information providers, and may not be
reproduced, sold, transferred, modified, or published in any manner
without the express advance written permission of PTI and the copyright
holder.
The data and services provided by the ANDETUR BRAZILIAN
TRAVEL CLUB (ABTC) ® are provided "as is." ANDETUR
BRAZILIAN TRAVEL CLUB (ABTC) ® does not warrant the accuracy,
completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any of the
data or services provided by the ANDETUR BRAZILIAN TRAVEL
CLUB (ABTC) ,® and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable
law disclaims all implied warranties in connection with such data
or services.
In no event shall the the ANDETUR BRAZILIAN TRAVEL CLUB
(ABTC) ® be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage,
or any incidental or consequential damages (including, but not limited
to, lost profits or lost savings) arising out of or in any way connected
with the use of any display or listing of any data in the ANDETUR
BRAZILIAN TRAVEL CLUB (ABTC) ® web site, or any failure
or delay in updating or including any data in PT, or any use of
or inability to use any data in ANDETUR BRAZILIAN TRAVEL
CLUB (ABTC) ® (including, without limitation,
the use of or inability to use the ANDETUR BRAZILIAN TRAVEL
CLUB (ABTC) ® for reservations or ticketing), or the performance
or nonperformance by the ANDETUR BRAZILIAN TRAVEL CLUB (ABTC)
® of any reservations or ticketing function, even if the ANDETUR
BRAZILIAN TRAVEL CLUB (ABTC) ® has been advised of the
possibility of such damages.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or
the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental and consequential
damages, so the above exclusions may not apply to you. If, however,
despite the exclusions contained in this paragraph, ANDETUR
BRAZILIAN TRAVEL CLUB (ABTC) should be found liable for
any loss or damage which arises out of or is in any way connected
with any of the functions or uses of PT described above, ANDETUR
BRAZILIAN TRAVEL CLUB (ABTC)'s liability shall not exceed
the amount of any subscription fees and/or service charges paid
by claimant to ANDETUR BRAZILIAN TRAVEL CLUB (ABTC)
for the services and/or data with respect to which liability is
found.
ANDETUR BRAZILIAN TRAVEL CLUB (ABTC) reserves the
right to communicate with registered users at various times through
e-mail. Upon registering a new account with ANDETUR BRAZILIAN
TRAVEL CLUB (ABTC), the new account will automatically
be signed up to receive various travel reminder, confirm, welcome
home, and monthly newsletter e-mails. Users can indicate preferences
for receipt of some of these e-mails.
In addition to any other rights or remedies available to ANDETUR
BRAZILIAN TRAVEL CLUB (ABTC), and without any liability
to any user of ANDETUR BRAZILIAN TRAVEL CLUB (ABTC)
in its sole discretion, may terminate or restrict any user's access
to ANDETUR BRAZILIAN TRAVEL CLUB (ABTC) at any
time and without notice.
The
above named Travel Operator ANDETUR
Brazilian Travel Club is acting as a mere
agent
for SUPPLIERS (identified on the accompanying
documents) in selling travel related services, or in accepting reservations
or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this
travel agency (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations,
cruises, etc.). This agency, therefore, shall
not be responsible for breach of contract
or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such
suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to
you or your companions or group members. Unless the term "Guaranteed"
is specifically stated in writing on your tickets, invoice, or reservation
itinerary, we do not guarantee any of such supplier’s rates,
bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of
personal effects. Travel Agent shall
not be responsible
for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection
with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or
construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic
conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions,
omissions, or conditions outside of the Travel Agent’s control.
Traveler
assumes complete and full responsibility
for, and
hereby releases the agent
from, any duty of checking and verifying any and all passport, visa,
vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and
all safety and security conditions of such destinations during the
length of the proposed travel. For information concerning dangers

By embarking upon his/her travel, the travel voluntarily assumes
all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected.
Traveler is hereby
warned
of the above risks as well as possible travel industries bankruptcies
and medical and climatic disruption, and is advised to obtain
appropriate insurance coverage against
them, which is available at an extra cost through this travel agency.
Traveler’s retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings
after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above and an agreement
on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel
companions or group members.
