Rent a vacation home in sub-tropical Brazil, with 2.5 acres (10,000 square meters) of mango, cashew, and jaca fruit trees. There's a walk to the beach. It is an hour east of Rio de Janeiro, in the north edge of the town of Rio das Ostras (River of Oysters), near Macae'. It's not far from the resort towns of Buzios, with their 13 beaches and quaint cobble-stone streets, famous to Americans, since Bridgette Bardot 'discovered' it back in the 1960's.
Here is a picture of the beach nearest the
house. The house is down a path from the grassy spot at the top of the
picture.

This next picture shows the main house, with an overlook to the level below. There is a balcony on the other side of the house. It is simply beautiful.
It is uniquely positioned as a perfect get-away in a sub-tropical environment
near the beach. The current domestics have taken care of the land for
15 years. |

The carport is on the lower level.
The house has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
The electricity is just enough for some lights, laundry, refrigerator,
television (satellite), a little hot water heater on the shower-head,
etc., and it can be upgraded. The laundry room is one level up, and
the domestic servants' house is behind the laundry room. There are more
pictures available. |
