The Pantanal region offers dozens of species of sports fish. These 'freshwater' fish of the Rio Paraguai, its tributaries, backwaters and marshlands, are famous for their flavor, their beauty and principally for their 'fighting ability' when caught under the hot sun and warm breezes typical of the region.
