1.1- The length of the trip is of seven days of fishing. On the first day of clients arrival the fishing will start and end on the seventh day. Clients will overnight on the seventh day at the lodge and on the eighth day after breakfast they will leave the lodge by plane to Manaus

2.1- In the fishing area, Itapará will supply breakfast every morning. A lunch box meal, which will be prepared by the tourist himself immediately after breakfast and full-scale dinner at night. 2.2- The package includes: mineral water, fruit juice, soft drinks, beers and wine. 2.3- Itapará may offer at its own criterion special meals such as barbecued fish or other specialties as gesture of courtesy.

3.1- in the fishing area the rooms have air-conditioner, hot/cold private bath/shower and are of double occupancy.

4.1- The fishing boats are for two fishermen, they are equipped with: individual swivel seats and there is one guide per boat. 4.2- Should the tourist insist on having a boat for his exclusive use, then, there will be a surcharge of 20% of the total cost of the package. 4.3- Fishing begins at 6:30 in the morning and ends at six in the evening. All boats should be back at the lodge at this time, leaving a margin of time in which assistance can be given to anyone who may be in difficulty. 4.4- Itapará cannot guarantee that fishermen will always be rewarded with catches of very large fish or of any such thing, however, we will always conduct fishermen to the very best spots where their chances are higher.

5.1- The global price agreed is US3.500 (Three thousand five hundred American Dollars). A deposit of US$ 1,000 (One thousand US dollars) will be deposited at the time of confirming the reservation. The remaining must be paid 90 days before the projected arrival date of the client. 5.2- A reservation is only considered valid after there has been a deposit made. 5.3- Reservations should be made at least 4 months before the projected dates of the trip. Those weeks, which have not been reserved 4 months before, will be declared unoccupied and may be negotiated by Itapará with other agents. This does not preclude the possibility of making posterior reservation for any week that continues to be unoccupied. 5.4- Reservation may be changed as long as alterations are communicated to Itapará. 5.5- A cancellation made 90 days or more prior to arrival date will allow rescheduling for the next season. 5.6- A cancellation which is made for any reason what so ever and which is communicated to Itapará up to 30 days before the projected arrival date, will entitle the client to a refund of 70% of the value of the final payment. 5.7- Cancellations communicated to Itapará between 30 and 10 days before the projected arrival date, will entitle the client to a refund of 50% of the value of the final payment. 5.8- Last minute cancellation of less than 10 days or failure to show up at embarkation time for the flight to the fishing area will mean that there will be no refund and money may not be converted into credit for subsequent trips. 5.9- A tourist or agent may substitute one person for another at any time but the fact must be communicated to Itapará at least 15 days before the projected date. 5.10- Tipping is entirely up to the tourist. Itapará will not be involved in any way with this matter. 5.11- The package price includes license fees for fishing licenses and taxes payable to local associations and environmental authorities.

6.1- The client should always arrive in Manaus in the morning hours to start fishing on the same day.

7.1- Itapará will keep the Andetur constantly informed of the level of the water in the rivers throughout the season. 7.2- Itapará will not be held responsible for the loss of equipment or baggage left behind by tourist however we will always do our best to recover the same. 7.3- Itapará cannot be held responsible for changes in climatic conditions such as heavy rains or storms, which may eventually interfere with fishing during the tourist stay.

8.1. Itapará will be responsible for a round trip from Manaus/ Itapará Lodge/ Manaus in an aircraft (Cherokee 6 SEATS). When the group is big 10, we use a Bandeirante EMB, eighteen seats. 8.2 Itapará WILL NOT be responsible for the transport of tourist from his original location to Manaus neither airport taxes, Federal bureau taxes neither other related expenses. 8.3- Itapará cannot be held responsible for unfavorable climatic conditions such as storms, heavy rain, thunder, lightening and so forth but proposes to always try to find the best way to overcome such difficulties by taking the necessary action with the consent of the tourists involved. 8.4- Tourist will be permitted to carry 15 Kg = 37.5lbs of baggage with them and anything over that will be left in Manaus
